Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Sayap33 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Sayap33 employs automated and manual account monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts belonging to the same Player will result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all associated accounts and permanent suspension of the Player from the platform.

To create a Sayap33 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and valid email address. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration. Sayap33 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Sayap33 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Sayap33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Sayap33 is required to verify the identity of the requesting Player in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. The KYC verification process requires submission of the following documents:
Sayap33 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of document submission during business hours. Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal request cancelled and their Account reviewed for compliance purposes.
Sayap33 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and all other participating Malaysian banks), as well as cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of confirmed transaction will be credited to your Account.
The minimum deposit amount on the Sayap33 platform is RM50 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard account holders; however, enhanced due diligence may be applied for deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with our AML policies.
All deposits are credited to your Sayap33 Account immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Sayap33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges for which Sayap33 bears no responsibility.
Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in the name of the Sayap33 Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts, payment aggregators not authorised by Sayap33, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed subject to the following conditions being met in full: (a) the Player's Account has been fully KYC verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending security reviews, dispute investigations, or compliance holds.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which the initial deposit was made, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team following a documented review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund movements.
Standard withdrawal limits apply to all Sayap33 accounts. VIP tier members may benefit from elevated daily and monthly withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme Terms. Sayap33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by Sayap33 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each individual promotion. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Player must place RM3,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all game categories contribute equally towards clearing a bonus wagering requirement. As a general guideline: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10–20%; sports betting contributes subject to individual promotion terms; and certain games may contribute 0% and are excluded from wagering requirement completion. Full contribution tables are available in the bonus-specific terms for each promotion.
While a Player has an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or sporting selection is RM50 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from non-compliant wagers.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a Player's Account must be fully wagered within 14 calendar days of the date of crediting. Bonuses that remain unwagered upon expiry of this period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice.
Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Where no specific cap is stated, a default maximum cash-out of 10x the bonus amount applies. Winnings in excess of the applicable cap will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal processing.
Sayap33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; coordinating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or providing false or misleading information to claim a bonus for which the Player is not eligible.
All casino games offered on the Sayap33 platform that rely on random outcomes utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are regularly tested by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure compliance with fair play standards and statistical integrity.
Sayap33 provides sports betting markets on a wide range of events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sporting events. Odds are subject to change and are finalized at the time of bet placement unless specified otherwise in live in-play betting markets.
In the event of a technical malfunction, erroneous odds display, or manifest error in a game or betting market, Sayap33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Decisions made by Sayap33 management regarding game disputes and void bets are final and binding. Dispute resolution requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Sayap33 intellectual property without prior written consent from Sayap33.
The Sayap33 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sayap33 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Sayap33 platform or Services, including but not limited to:
Sayap33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
Players may close their Sayap33 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (excluding any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method upon satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Sayap33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where Sayap33 reasonably determines that: the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the Player's Account poses a risk to Sayap33 or other Players; or the continued operation of the Account is contrary to Sayap33's regulatory or compliance obligations.
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, Sayap33 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances including real-money funds where such forfeiture is legally permissible and proportionate to the severity of the breach. Players whose Accounts are closed for non-breach reasons will receive any eligible balance returned to their verified payment method within 5 business days.
Sayap33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Sayap33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Sayap33 platform.
Continued use of the Sayap33 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of Sayap33.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and Sayap33 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Sayap33 platform, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Formal dispute resolution requests should be submitted in writing to our customer support team, with a reference to the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation.
Players who remain dissatisfied following Sayap33's internal dispute resolution process may seek independent recourse through applicable consumer protection channels available in their jurisdiction.
